EDITH HILL

I am a PhD Candidate at Flinders University, South Australia. My research is concerned with health, illness and wellness on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

I am passionate about researching social media platforms, community building online, platform affordances, digital cultures, and influencers. My work investigates women's bodies online, ethical production of children's narratives, communities around women's illness on TikTok, and online health and wellness hoaxes.
